Terms of sale

§ 1.

Ticket sales and personal data administration on this website are handled by the Event Organizer, i.e. the company Jamaica Club Wrocław with its registered office in Pietna (47-300), at Krapkowicka 1A. Tax ID (NIP) 1990124226, REGON 385246837.

§ 2.

Tickets are sold directly between the Internet user and the Event Organizer.

§ 3.

Sales are made on a prepayment basis. To purchase a ticket, fill in the order form and then transfer the amount due within 3 business days to the operator's bank account. Within a maximum of 3 business days from the funds being credited to the operator's account, the ticket is sent as a special electronic ticket by e-mail.

§ 4.

For events taking place within two months of the order date, tickets are sent within 3 business days of the payment being credited to our bank account. In other cases, ticket dispatch may be delayed due to ticket production — a relevant notice will then appear in the event description.

§ 5.

The contract for the purchase of tickets is deemed concluded when the order confirmation is received by e-mail.

§ 6.

Detailed information on ticket sales for individual events is published in the purchase procedure visible after selecting the event.

§ 7.

Orders unpaid within 3 business days of being placed are automatically deleted. The payment deadline cannot be extended. To purchase tickets after an order has been deactivated, a new order must be placed.

§ 8.

The Event Organizer bears full responsibility for cancelling the event. In such a case, refunds are made by the event organizer, unless otherwise provided in a separate agreement (e.g. if the event is postponed).

§ 9.

All comments and complaints regarding the organization of events should be addressed to the Event Organizer.

§ 10.

When purchasing tickets, a Customer concluding a contract in the ticket sales system off-premises or at a distance, pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), is not entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, as referred to in Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.

§ 11.

Complaints related to ticket sales should be sent by post to the Event Organizer's address given in paragraph 1 or by e-mail to [email protected]. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, a refund for the purchased tickets is made within a maximum of 14 days — via the same payment channel used to pay for the order (i.e. a bank transfer or via the payment operator).
